Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson knew that there would be nothing they could do after they were married in their Hamburg church. Ashley was 17 years old, and she had never had a boyfriend so Andrew and Ashley took things very slow. The two fell in love instantly. It was New Year's Eve just prior to the new year began, Andrew was begging God to bless him with one last thing that year... to ensure that Ashley would accept and marry Andrew. Ashley wanted to have traditional, rustic wedding themes that reflected both her and Andrew. They combined a little bit of everything they love to create the perfect day. The venue chosen was on the 40 acres back of land Ashley was raised on. Ashley and Andrew were avid players in the area, explored it and even walked the entire trail that led towards the wedding venue. Additionally, Andrew and Ashley had explored across the field several times since they first began to date. Because most things were created from the bride and groom their personalization was essential. Andrew's dad and Ashley as well as Ashley constructed the ceremony arch and the the seating arch. Ashley made and painted several of the wedding decors. Ashley claims that, without Anna's incredible floral design, our wedding might not have turned out so magical as I hoped. It's truly stunning.
